Combatants for Peace
(Nobel Peace Prize nominees in 2017)
Only by joining forces will we be able to end the cycle of violence.

Combatants for Peace (CfP) is the only organization worldwide in which fighters on both sides of an active conflict have laid down their weapons and chosen to work together for peace and justice.  For over a decade, Combatants for Peace ( has embodied and served as a model for our values of freedom, democracy, security and dignity for all.

In addition to a short Shabbat (Sabbath) service, the program will include:

  • two former combatants, one Israeli and one Palestinian, who will share their transformation from fighters into nonviolent activists
  • a segment of the CfP award-winning documentary, Disturbing the Peace (click here to view trailer)
  • a Q & A session
  • a light lunch

Registration is requested below.  A minimum donation of $9 per person is appreciated.  All are welcome.  Seating is limited.
