Join us at Shabbat services at Bnai Havurah as Rabbi Sandra Cohen speaks about mental health in the Jewish community. She will explore her own journey with mental illness, as well as how the Jewish community can better serve families and individuals struggling with mental health conditions.

Rabbi Cohen has been a rabbi in Denver for almost 22 years, beginning as the assistant rabbi at Temple Emanuel and then the rabbi of Temple Micah. Since her stroke 15 years ago left her disabled, she has concentrated on learning and teaching Jewish texts, and working in pastoral care.
