Each class, taught by Dr. Marc Drillings  (with assistance from Barbara Stein), will include a warmup, strength and conditioning segment and cooldown. Participants will receive instruction on proper kettlebell technique.  
 
Beginners and those with some experience are welcome.  Kettlebell training and the Kettlebells are provided. Wear comfortable clothing. 

Cost:  Cost for the six-class session is $30 for members or non-members.   The first class is a free tryout for new students.  While we take extra care to assure that students do exercises carefully and without injury.  However, because physical exercise can be strenuous, we will ask both new and continuing students to sign a waiver.  

Facilitator: Dr. Marc Drillings is a licensed chiropractor and certified in acupuncture. He uses a variety of techniques, including client-specific-designed exercise programs.
