Member Registration Form for High Holy Days 2022/5783

Member Registration Form

Thank you for taking a few moments to complete this registration form for in person and virtual attendance at our High Holy Days. This year for the first time we're instituting a policy of asking our members to register for the services they wish to attend. Our top priority is that our members may join us in person if they wish. We have a limited number of seats and by registering ahead of time you are assured of a seat.

If family (not living with you) and friends wish to join you, and they are members, please email this form to them. For family and friends that are not members and wish to join you, please direct them to our Friends of B'nai Registration form, found here.

For more information about each of the services and programs, please refer to our High Holy Days cover page, here: bnaihavurah.org/hhd2022
And our High Holy Days schedule here:

If you are participating in any services virtually and would like to have a hard copy for the service, the schedule is as follows:

For Erev Rosh Hashanah (main service) , Rosh Hashanah (Day 1), Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur services, you may pick up your prayer books at B'nai Havurah on:
Wednesday and Thursday, September 21 and 22, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, September 23, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. These must be returned by October 31, 2022.

For the Yizkor Book, pick up is on Wednesday and Thursday, September 28 and 29, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. You are welcome to keep the Yizkor Book.

Please call us at 303-388-4441 or email office@bnaihavurah.org if you would like hard copies of prayer books and are unable to pick up the book(s). We will do our best to deliver the book(s) to you.

YIZKOR BOOK
Leave this box blank if you plan to access the book only online.
We must receive your additions by Friday, September 16th at midnight.
If you are attending Yizkor online and plan to pick up hard copies of the Yizkor Book you may do that September 28 or 29, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

The Yizkor Book will also be available online, prior to the service: click here

We must receive your Yizkor changes or additions by Friday, September 16th at midnight.
For Example: Sarah Goldberg - March 4, 1983 - Mother of Sam Goldberg
Though not required of our members, your Yizkor donation is deeply appreciated. Jewish tradition considers it a mitzvah to honor the memory of a loved one by giving tzedakah. In addition to defraying the cost of printing the Yizkor book, your Yizkor contribution helps support religious, educational, cultural, and social programs at B'nai Havurah.

When you click to submit your form, you will be directed to our payments page. (A dollar sign and decimal is not needed.)
