Auction Donation Form: Comedy & Community in the Time of COVID

   

THANK YOU for your auction donation!

Beginning  August 12 and running until our event on August 29, B'nai Havurah will be auctioning off a bunch of fun and unique items - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help!

We appreciate all gifts and donations of gift-certificates (support local businesses!), a home-cooked meal, dessert, a unique experience, jewelry, and art are particularly enticing to our bidders.

1. AUCTION DONOR INFORMATION 



Note: only complete this if the donor is a business. If you purchased a gift certificate to a restaurant, you would be the donor. The business or restaurant name would be left blank.

 


 


 


 


 

This includes the contact information of the donating business AND the contact information of individual donors, not representing a business).

 


 


2. ITEM DETAILS

If you are donating more than one item that is to be included in one package, such as our Board of Trustees Instant Wine Cellar, please include the wine on one form. In the item, name indicate the number of bottles of wine and in the description please list the year, vineyard, and type of wine(s) you are donating.

 


 


 
Please include any detail that a prospective auction bidder may want to know. If you are describing a piece of art, please include the name of the artist, the medium used, and the dimensions.

 

A word about the expiration date of your non-tangible donated item: The expiration default for all auction items (applies to non-tangible items) is August 29, 2021, one year from the date of our annual event. If you are fine with the expiration date of Aug. 29, 2021, no need to include anything in the field above.

PHOTO OF YOUR DONATED ITEM
Please email us a photo of your donation. Photos can be sent as a jpg, png, or pdf. The photo should be a high resolution. If you are not sure what to send or you are not sure how to send a photo, please contact Sharon or Becky, they are happy to help!

If your donation is a gift certificate or a service such as delivering a home-cooked gourmet dinner to the winning bidder's home, we would still like a photograph. If we do not receive a photo, we will add a photo on your behalf.
