Calling all BH members who like to sing!
 
There's nothing quite like group singing, whether it's in a formal choir, an impromptu campfire jam, or raising our voices together at a lively Shabbat service.

We're trying out a new group singing experience this year at B'nai Havurah called SHIR JOY. Built on the foundation of B'nai's long-running High Holy Days Choir, Shir Joy will meet twice in September. We'll learn a Joey Weisenberg melody for one of the Psalms, with a goal of singing it together at our Rosh Hashanah morning service on September 23. No formal vocal training necessary; we'll be learning by ear, without musical notation. If time allows, we'll work on a second song and review a few of our High Holy Days melodies as well.
