Torah Study Minyan with Debbie Goodman
Saturday, June 25, 2022 • 26 Sivan 5782
10:00 AM - 11:15 AMZoom OnlyIn this week’s Torah portion, we read the following: “Speak to the Israelite people and instruct them to make for themselves fringes on the corners of their garments...That shall be your fringe; look at it and recall all the commandments ...and observe them...”
In discussing these verses, we will consider some questions like:
Why do we need reminders to do things that are important?
What are some of the mitzvot that are on your radar and why?
What other symbols or objects prompt you to think of mitzvot or other obligations?
Please join us for study and discussion. We will include a Prayer for Healing and Mourner’s Kaddish. Those who are reciting Kaddish will have the opportunity to share memories about the person who is being remembered.
