Join Rabbi Katie, Music Director Hal Aqua, and violinist Annie Aqua for Contemporary Voices Shabbat -- a journey through Kabbalat Shabbat and the Friday night liturgy using  melodies from a number of today's best Jewish songwriters and liturgists. Easy melodies by Joey Weisenberg, Batya Levine, Miriam Margles, Shir Meira Feit, Elana Jagoda, and others will transport us into a Shabbat space of unity, community, and joy.  

As we do at all of our Shabbat services, we will offer a healing prayer and Mourners' Kaddish, and a welcoming space to be in community.  After the service we will be offering Kiddush and Motzi (wine and bread) and an Oneg Shabbat of coffee and cookies.
