Dates to be negotiated (no blackouts at this time), but we recommend autumn when the weather cools down a bit and the leaves are turning.

If you like walking trails, farmers markets, drives through the countryside, art galleries, movie theaters, live theater and museums, there will be info on how to access any of those - both in Council Bluffs, IA, and in Omaha, Nebraska, 15-20 minutes away.

The best way to get to the lake house is by car. It's an 8 hour drive from Denver to Omaha and then 15-20 more minutes to the house in Iowa - all on I-80. Transportation (boat or car) not included. Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking in the house is prohibited.
