SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: OUR TORAH IS NEWLY REPAIRED AND READY TO JOIN US AGAIN! You are warmly invited to join us on Thursday, August 28th at 9:30 am– 12:30 pm as we welcome back our newly restored B’nai Havurah Torah! Rabbi Druin, from Sofer on Site will join us for breakfast and then will re-attach the torah to its posts. He will discuss the process of restoration and other interesting topics, including: the job description of a Sofer; how and why do we insure that our torah is kosher, why is this important; how are we connected to the Torah and; Why all the fuss?
