Join us on Sunday, December 7th at 10 am for a very special All Ages Baking And Crafting event in collaboration with the B'nai Enviromental Action Team!

Our baking will be lead by the wonderful Deb Lebow Aal, who will show us how to make some delicious vegan snicker doodles. 

Our craft will be taught by artist Kapi Monoyios, in which she will teach us different ways to make some holiday wrapping out of fabric- that can be enjoyed for years to come!

As always, folks of all ages are welcome and encouraged to come! There will be alternative ways to make the craft that are easier and safer for little ones.

Kalliopi (Kapi) Monoyios is an artist working to illuminate the connection between plastic pollution and American Consumerism. She takes mundane materials—things like plastic food wrappers, computer cords, and dental floss—that are otherwise headed for the landfill and transforms them into intricate works of art. By modeling human ingenuity and curiosity, she hopes to bring people back to a state of childlike inquiry where we can see our collective behavior and societal decisions with fresh eyes.
