Yizkor Book Form and Donations - 2022/5783
Please verify reCaptcha before submitting the form.
To Members and Friends of B'nai Havurah:
Yizkor means "may (G-d) remember," from the root word
zakhor
, "remember." It is the memorial service Jews recite four times a year: after the Torah reading on Yom Kippur, Shemini Atzeret (the holiday adjacent to the end of Sukkot), the last day of Passover, and the second day of Shavuot.
Each year B'nai Havurah remembers our departed loved ones in our Yizkor Book.
Please complete the Yizkor Book form below to make any corrections to your listings (if you have any), add listings, make a donation in memory of your loved one, and/or to let us know if you will be joining us in person or virtually.
If you are planning to join us virtually for the Yizkor service you will have access to the Yizkor Book on our website or you may pick up a Yizkor Book between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm September 28-29.
If you’re joining us in person, we will have Yizkor Books available and we encourage you to take one home.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me at
tamara@bnaihavurah.org
or 303-915-2927.
Please note that the deadline for submitting a listing or a correction for the 2022-2023 Yizkor Book is
Friday September 16
. If we do not receive a new/corrected form from you by that date, we will assume that you wish your listing to remain the same.
May their memory be a blessing.

Though not required of our members, your Yizkor donation is deeply appreciated. Jewish tradition considers it a mitzvah to honor the memory of a loved one by giving tzedakah. In addition to defraying the cost of printing the Yizkor book, your Yizkor contribution helps support religious, educational, cultural, and social programs at B'nai Havurah.
When you click to submit your form, you will be directed to our payments page. (A dollar sign and decimal is not needed.)
