Rabbi Katie is applying to be B’nai Havurah’s next rabbi. We are bringing her to Denver to meet our community and hope you, as a member, will be able to join us for one or more of the services or programs we have planned. REGISTRATION is required for participation of all services and programs. With the exception of the Learning Session and Open Forum with Rabbi Katie on Saturday, December 11, all services are offered in-person and virtually, on Zoom. 

Please note that, in order to provide sufficient in-person space for our members, we are unable to welcome Friends (non-members) of B'nai Havurah in person.  Non-members are welcome to join us virtually for all services and our Learning Session and Open Forum. 

Following the Shacharit Shabbat service, there will be opportunities for informal conversation and questions. 

For our Members Joining Us In-Person:  Covid Regulations as Determined by our Covid Safety Task Force (for this Shabbaton):

1.  We will have no communal meals such as Oneg, Kiddush, group lunches, or dinners.

2.  Everyone who signs up to attend a service or meeting in person must be masked, fully vaccinated, and symptom-free.

3.  We are able to allow up to 45 people to attend in person in the sanctuary for each of the services that are offered in-person. Registration for in-person attendance will be on a first-come-first-served basis. If you wish to come to B'nai Havurah for one of the three services offered in person, you will have the chance to indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices on the registration form (see link below).

Note: If your 1st choice of services already has 45 people signed up, we will try to make room for you in your 2nd or 3rd choice. If you do not get into your 1st choice, you can still attend virtually. Some members may prefer to only attend services virtually.
