Four years ago on the Shabbat after inauguration day, we witnessed the birth of the Womxn’s March when millions of people took to the streets around the world to send the message that “women’s rights are human rights.”

In Denver, we began the tradition of gathering before the march for a Shabbat
service, to pray with our voices before praying with our feet.

Due to the pandemic, we won’t be marching this year. Nevertheless, we will gather virtually, joining our voices over Zoom in a spirited Shabbat service to celebrate our hard work over the past four years.

This service will be led by female-identifying rabbis and cantors from Jewish communities across Colorado. Together, we will highlight the voices of Biblical women who also raised their voices to speak truth to power.

EVERYONE is warmly welcome, including loved ones and allies from different faith traditions!
