Rebbe Nachman, the famous 19th-century Hasidic mystic and great-grandson of Baal Shem Tov, Said "If you believe you can damage, believe you can fix."  We'll look at Nachman's teachings on t'shuvah and spiritual awareness, including music, dancing, meditation and prayer.
