Welcome Shabbat with Rabbi Evette and B'nai Havurah's Kabbalat Shabbat Experience, a music-filled, all-ages celebration on (usually) the fourth Friday night of each month.

At 6:30 pm, Hal Aqua and fellow musicians will lead you through the themes of the Friday night service with a musical tribute to the Beatles' White Album.

Services will be followed at 7:30 by a communal candle lighting, kiddush and motzi.

Following candle lighting, kiddush and motzi, we will enjoy our potluck Shabbat dinner!

Wish you had some good, tested recipes for meatless entrees? B'nai's Green Team wants to help us all skip the meat at least now and then by holding a vegetarian potluck after the Beatles Shabbat on Jan. 26. The plan: Bring a favorite meatless dish for us to sample, and be sure to bring the recipe. That way, we can include your recipe on the Green Team's web space, for all to enjoy.

Please bring a vegetarian dish to share with 6 - 8 people. 

This effort supports B'nai's earning of the Hazon Seal of Sustainability. By eating less meat, we're contributing to a Jewish principle, honoring and taking care of our beautiful Earth.
